Q.If the attorney refuses to sign substitution of attorney

When
an attorney request client to sign substitution of attorney if the attorney
wants to resign from that case.  If the
client refuses to sign there, the attorney can file a motion.  On the other hand, when the client request to
sign substitution of attorney if the client wants fire out the attorney.  If the attorney refuses to sign there, what
should the client can do?  Still can the
client fire out the attorney unilaterally?

In most cases a person is free to 'fire' (not 'fire out')his or her lawyer, with a few exceptions such as criminal case with pending trial or involvement of legal guardian.
