안녕하세요

12월 18일에 접수한 상대방쪽 Motion 과 함께 접수된 진술서에 의하면, 원고측에서 기존에 내려진 Sanction 을 취소하고, 피고측을 상대로 증거관련 Sanction 과 재정적 Sanction (변호사비용 요구) 등을 한바로 사료됩니다. 해당 공판은 3월 16일로 사료됩니다.
