주마다 다 다르지만 보통 12-13세 입니다. 캘리포니아주는 아직 법으로 통과가 않되 정확한 나이기준이 없는 상태라고합니다. 그렇지만 보통 미국인들은 12-13세로 다들 그리생각합니다.

주마다 다릅니다 워싱턴주는 13세라고 하고 캘리포니아는 13세라는 사람도 있고 15세라는 사람도 있더군요
같이 다녀오시는 것이 제일 좋을 것 같네요

알려주신 기준은 집에 잠시 혼자있을수있는 나이 아닐까요?
잠을 혼자 자는것도 같은 기준이 적용되는지 알고싶네요.

제가 듣기로는 밤에 애를 혼자 놔둘수 있는 나이는 16세이상 으로 알고 있는데요

under 18세는 밤에 보호자없이 바깥통제 있고요.
14세 아직 어린나이니 아시는분 집에 보호하심 어떨까요?

혼자 놔둘수 있는 나이는 12세.
13세면 12세 이하 아동을 babysit 할 수 있는 나이.
그런데 overnight 은 되는지 잘 모르겠군요.
