Q.신호위반 티켓 미발급

저는 운전자로서 신호위반으로 차owner 대신 티켓을 기다리고 있는데 아직 티켓을 받지 못했고  court 기록에는 "the ticket is not yet in the Court System" 이라고  나옵니다.

 차 owner는 제가  back of The citation 에 제 information 적어 mail로 보낸후 Affidavit of Non-Liability 로 case가  close 되었고 dismiss 되었다고 court 기록에 나옵니다.

원래 티켓에 due date 이 2/7 일로 되어있는데 좀더 티켓을 기다려봐야하는지 court애 가서 이야기를 해야하는지  도움 부탁드립니다.

어떤 위반으로 티켓을 받았는지 모르겠지만 티켓이 dismissed 된것 같은데 코트 시스템에 기록이 없으니까 안심하셔도 될듯 합니다 하지만 염려가 된다면 Court reception 한테 가서 직접 문의를 해 보는 것도 좋은 방법인데 그들의 시스템도 같은 결과를 출력 할듯 합니다

Court 가면 receptionist 가 잘 알려 줄 것이며 반나절 정도 시간을 잡으셔야 합니다

you can identify the actual driver by completing the Affidavit of Non Responsibility
on the reverse side of the violation notice sent to you in the mail.

You may post, fax or email the completed affidavit.
You must include the mailing address of the nominated driver
and a photocopy of your driver's license.

If the city determines you were not the driver,
your Notice of Violation will be dismissed

and a "new notice" will be sent to the appropriate party.]
