3. 벌금은 카운티에 따라 약간의 차이가 있습니다. LA 카운티의 경우에는 벌금이 490불 정도이고 트래픽 스쿨을 갈 경우에는 64불을 추가로 더 지불하셔야 합니다.

앞에는 강의 내용들이 있습니다. 그것을 보시고 다음 강의로 넘어갈 때에 질문을 3가지 합니다.

한 문제는 본인 확인하는 문제이고 두 문제는 강의 내용을 묻는 것입니다.

틀리면 다시 시도해서 통과되면 됩니다.

원래 트래픽 스쿨을 가면 8시간 강의를 들어야 하는데 온라인으로는 본인이 하기에 따라 빨리 끝낼 수가 있었습니다.

저의 경우는 강의 내용을 그냥 스킵하고 문제만 풀었더니 전체 강의는 6분에 끝이 났습니다.

그런데 마지막 Final Test를 하려고 하니 최소 1시간이 넘어야 된다고 해서 앞에 강의 내용으로 가서 1시간을 보냈습니다.

1시간이 지나니까 Final Test로 넘어 갈 수 있었습니다.

Final Test는 25문제가 나옵니다. 70점이 넘어야 통과 됩니다.

이 때는 기회를 두번 준다고 되어 있었습니다.

전체 1시간 5분 정도만에 마칠 수가 있었습니다.

주거지가 어디인지? 티켙은 자동으로
허츠로가고요 앞남버없어도 뒤남버로
나오니 어쩔수없음 그리고 차 빌릴때
사용한 운전면허증 주소로 허지에서보냄 주거지가 한국이면 괜찬고 미국이면

TRANSLATION: There were no witnesses. No one witnessed this violation or
“any other red-light-camera” citation or aka ticket or aka traffic infraction.

and in a marked unit; that means a black and white police unit;

no witness is a violation of the California Evidence rule against “hearsay”;

The CA Evidence “hearsay” rule means that
evidence is “prohibited” from being submitted without
a “live and living witness” that can be “directly examined” and questioned at trial.]

카메라 적색 티캣이 사람이 발부한것이 아니기에
because that machine is automated;
and violates the 14th Amendment right to confront and
depose and perform “direct examination” of a witness; 하여
(기계와 논쟁을 못하므로)
캘리포니아 증거 규칙 CA Evidence “hearsay” rule 을 위반하는 것이므로
위헌/위법이다고 하네요.
