첫번째 질문에 대한….. 상수도가 아닌 하수도 파이프에서 나는 소리인 듯 합니다.
Several factors can cause such sound, and NOT all of them are dangerous.
One of those factors is a faucet that is running. If you use water on the faucet and turn it off, the water will drain along the pipes behind the walls, and you will most likely hear a dripping sound. The same may happen when you use the shower when the remaining water drips off slowly until it dries up.

Such drips usually clear away after a while, which means that endless dripping could be a sign of trouble and should be checked.
두번째 질문에 대한…..
오랜 기간동안 워터히터를 사용하신 것으로 보아
침전물(돌멩이 종류)이 생긴 것으로 추측됩니다.
새 워터히터라 할지라도 지역에 따라
평균 6개월에 한번씩 Flush해야 한다고 합니다.
88년식 워터히터라면
교체해야 하지 않을까 싶습니다.
