It is very hard Seller to keep your deposit. If you file the LIS Penden to the Court, Seller can not sell the property Untill the case is over. It takes long time to get final. Most of seller release deposit back to the Buyer. Seller also does not waste their time because of You. They want to sell somebody else fast.
2. Most of loan brokers Uses the wholesale Lender. But If You are not Qualify for Loan, Loan officer use Retail Lender. Retail lener does not Pay Loan Broer's Commision. That's why Your lLoan Officer Want his Commsion from You
