찾아보니 신형 차 (생산연도 6 년 이하 - 그러니 지금은 2009식 까지) 의 자동차는 보통 2년에 한번씩 해야하는 스모그 첵크 대신 해마다 SMOG abatement fee 를 내야한다는군요. 그러니 새차 사는 사람은 6 년. 원글은 3년쯤 더내야겠지요. 그후로는 스모그 체크 하라고 통지가 올거고요.
