Q.로우인컴 아파트 입주시 인컴기준

로우인컴 아파트를 알아볼려고 합니다. 1099받는 경우 1099금액이 기준이 되나요 아님 모든 경비를 제한 금액이 기준이 되나요? 1040기준으로 몇번 항목을 기준으로 한달 임금을 책정하나요?

(HUD)의 family's adjusted income 은 
Annual Income - HUD allowable deductions 이라고 하네요.


"Gross Income - Income Exclusions = Annual Income

 Annual Income - Deductions = Adjusted Income 

The rent a family will pay is the higher of the following amounts:

* 30% of the family’s monthly adjusted income

* 30% of Gross Rent. . . .  "

65세 이상인 경우 연수입(세금 보고시) 2만7천이 넘지 않아야 합니다.
