운전 면허 suspension/revocation/disqualification notice를

오늘 처음 받았읍니다

드라이브라이센스 주소는 메릴랜드이지만

티켓을 받은곳은 버지니아입니다

통지서에는 면허증을 24시간이내에 반환하라고 하는데

미국에서 면허증없이는 이동할수 없어서 어떤게 해야할지 모르겠읍니다

면허증을 DMV에 반환하면 다른 대체이 있는지요?

통지서의 내용은 아래와 같읍니다

suspension - revocation - disqualification notice
you are hereby personally notified that the department of motor vehicies(dmv)records indicate your virginia driver's license/privilege has been suspended, revoked, or disqualified. you may not legally operate a motor vehicle in the commonwealth of virginia until you have complied with the requirements of the order(s) previously issued to you by dmv or courts regarding that suspension/revocation/disqualification.

instructions to the driver
you must surrender your virginia driver's license to the law enforcement personnel who presented this notice to you.
if your virginia driver's license is not in your possession at this time. you must return the license with in 24 hours(or by the next business day) to any dmv customer service center (csc) or by mail to dmv driver services administration, driver monitoring division at the address above.

before your privilege to drive can be restored, you must follow the directions on the notice/order previously sent to you. if you have any questions concerning your suspension/revocation/disqualification, you may contact the court(s) and/ or DMV to find out what requirements you must meet in order to comply with the order.

surrender of virginia driver's license
note: confiscate only driver's licenses issued by the commonwealth of virginia.
the above named driver stated that he/she is not surrendering his/her virginia driver's licese to the undersigned sheriff/officer because:
other reason(explain) out of state license

law enforcement : with in 24 hours of issuing this notice, law enforcement must either : deliver the DSA 10 ORIGINAL and any surrendeered licensed items to the to nearest DMV customer service, or mail the DSA 10 ORIGINAL and any surrendeered licensed items to the to nearest DMV driver monitoring division, p.o. box 27412, Richmond, virginia 23269-0001.

직접 가실 수 없으면 우편으로 보내라고 합니다.
우체국이나 ups나 fedex에 가시면 하루만에 배달되는 서비스가 있습니다.
24시간 안에 보내라고 하니 빨리가셔서 보내시기 바랍니다.

다시 면허를 회복하는 것에 대해서는 님에게 먼저 보낸 통지서에 있는 지시대로 하시면 된다고 합니다.
