" Similar to the SVO grants, RRF grants will be administered directly by the SBA. As of mid-March 2021, applications are not open yet, but they are expected to open soon. Interested applicants should create a login.gov user account, obtain a D-U-N-S number, and sign up for SAM.gov immediately if they want the chance to apply when the portal opens.
