Q.국제 운전 면허 와 보험

지인이 한국서 대략 비자가 허가하는 기간동안,5ㅡ6개월 정도 방문 예정 입니다. 여권, 한국 면허증, 국제 면하증을 가지고 제 차를 운전 할 예정인데, 제 보험에 외국인 운전자를 추가 할수 있나요? 캘리서 운전 면증을 따야 보험을 들수 있나요?

1. 님이 가진 보험이 어떤 보험인가에 따라 다릅니다.
2. 국제운전면허증을 받아주는 보험회사도 있고 받아주지 않는 보험회사도 있습니다.

Hi, you don't need a California driver license unless you live here. So, you are visiting California , you can drive with korea driver's license. However in California, not many people know that if you come to California， you need an insurance but you can still can drive in California by not having an insurance and you will not receive a citation as long as the car that you are driving has an insurance because an insurance protects the driver and if driver don't have an insurance then the car owner has to have an insurance , that means the car you are driving needs to have an insurance then you will be fine. You don't need an international driver license because it is useless. An international driver license was established during second world at a convention period. Although the AAA still issue an international driver license but you don't need in United States as long as you have a korea driver's license
