워싱턴주의 대학으로 가시면 됩니다. State regulation은 아래와 같습니다.
A resident student whose parents move from the state shall keep resident classification as long as the student continuously attends a Washington institution. Such a student's parents must have been domiciled in Washington for a period of one year immediately prior to the first day of the semester or quarter for which the student has registered.
