i-94는 입국사실을 증명하는 서류이지, 출국한 일이 없다는 것을 증명하지는 못합니다.

부모님의 세금보고가 귀하의 거주사실을 증명하기엔 충분하지 않아 보입니다.
거주사실을 증명할 다른서류들도 더 보완하세요.

asis (asis) 님, 소중한 자료들을 찾아 제시하여 주십니다. 자료를 찾는다는 것 또한 쉬운일이 아닙니다. 바로 이런 자료들이 글을 읽는 모든 분들에게 큰 도움이 됩니다. 네티즌의 입장에서 조언을 드리는 것은 때로 전문가님들이 차마 답 할 수 없는 일종의 편법(그렇다고해서 불법을 말하는 것이 아닌) 을 제시할 수 도 있기 때문에 절실한 사람들에게 큰 힘이 되어 줍니다.
미국에서 살다보면 답답한 일들을 누구나 겪습니다.
때로는 실오라기 하나 붙잡을 그 무엇이 없을까? 노심초사할 때가 한 두번이 아니지요.
네티즌의 의견이 그래서 중요합니다.
앞으로의 활약을 기대합니다.
그리고 전혀 이유없는 반박성 글에는 일체의 댓구를 하지 않는 것이 가장 좋은 방법입니다.

이민국에서 발표한 질의응답에 보면 재정서류, 병원기록, 학교기록, 고용기록, 군대기록을 예로 들고 있습니다. 질문하신 분의 서류로 5년거주를 입국할 수 있을 것 같습니다.

입국당시 받아온 1-94로는 미국에서 출국한일이 없다는걸 증명할수 없나요? -- I-94 는 입국증명으로는 유효하나 출국증명으로는 한계가 있습니다. 출국시 제출하지 않는 분도 많을 뿐더러 원래가 입국관련 서류입니다.

정대현 변호사입니다.

증명이 가능할 것 같습니다. 그런데 I-94를 통해 미국에서 출국한 일이 없었다는 것은 증명할 필요가 없습니다. 미국에 16세 이전에 도착했다는 것만 증명하시면 됩니다. 미국에 16세 이후에 도착한 후에 해외에 나갔다 온것에 대하여 어떻게 처리가 될 것인지 세부사항은 아직 발표되지 않았습니다. 현재로는 잠깐 해외에 나갔다 온 것은 문제삼지 않을 것으로 예상하고 있습니다.
