Q.rehabilitation으로 인한 move out notice

       I live in an old ( 100 year old) apt building.  I recently got a notice that: this building will be  reconstructed,  and so all tenants should move out in about 3 months.   

           Since I have lived in this building for 8 years and  since this building is under LA rent control ordinance,  my rent is about $1000 below the average rent in this area.

        ( in this building tenants who had moved in after 2018 pay $700 more than I because a new landlord totally remodelled the vacant units and got new tenants with increased rent. )  

        ( since this building is very old, even the rent the new tenants pay is about $300 less than usual rent in this area).


               IN this case, how much compensation money can I get?

Please give me some advice!

I lost a job since last year due to pandemic. So I could not pay rent for several months ( although I got $2000 rent aid for low income family from government last year, I still have several month's past due rent.)

In my situation, it is impossible to find some other apartment and relocate myself although the company pay me some aid money for the difference of the rent between my current home and the usual rent on this area.

Is there any way I can get more aid in addition to the difference of the rent?
