문 1) 딸이 이제 성인이 되었으므로 독립을 하려 하는데 어떻게 해야하는지 궁금합니다.
Your daughter is still dependent student for financial aid. To be a independent, she has to prove that she makes enough income to supprt herself without any help from you in 2012.
문 2) 내년도 Call Grant 학비 보조를 받으려면 어떻게 해야할까요
Your daughter will not be eligible for Cal Grant. She is a dependet student for financial aid. Since parents have move to UT, she is not is CA resident anymore.
