머리가 꼴통이라 번역기도 사용해봤는데
영~ 해석이 답답해서요....
이거 무슨 뜻이예요?

Estoppel certificates & Financial information:
A. Within 10days after receipt of a written request from
Landlord, tenant will execute and deliver to landlord an estoppel
Certificate that identifies the terms and conditions of this lease.

B. Within 30days after receipt of a written request from landlord,
Tenant will provide to landlord tenant's current financial information
(Balance sheet and income statement). Landlord may request the
Financial information no more frequently than once every 12months.

안녕하세요

건물주인의 요구아래, 10일안에 세입자는 Lease 계약관련 내용에 대한 "Estoppel Certificate" 과 세입자의 재정상태를 증명하는 "Financial Information" 을 제공해야 한다고 써있습니다.
