Q.We'll be sentenced to divorce within a few months.

My husband filed petition for divorce and I agreed to it. Before filing, he moved out and he didn't let us(wife & 2 minor children) know his address. And he wrote work address in the divorce document, too. But I think I should know his residential address in case of emergency for 2 minor children. I don't know why he hides it from us but he resisits to open it. What do you think? Can I request his address by law?

You are entitled to have his home address. If he doesnt provide you with it, you can file a motion with the court to compel him to give it to you.

you r not sentenced yet !! i guess u cud get a good chance or position in the court .
