그 가게의 early possession 이 허락된 이유가 궁금해지네요 . . .
"Pending transfer of the Liquor license, may the intended transferee (술집을 살려고 하는사람)
operate the licensed business?
The transferee may operate the licensed premises during the transfer period
if a 120-day temporary permit has been obtained.
The surrendered license 가게 팔려고하는 샐러의 리커 라이센스는 will be automatically canceled
upon transfer to the temporary permittee." (Section 24045.5 B&P Code.)
