I pay $600 to company called "Global Credit Services, Inc" in los angeles for terms of one year of service to clear out my bad credit history and term was if she doesnt clear out the bad credit transaction i would get my money back. Well time goes by past 1 year and nothing was fix to my credit record and they did send the invoice stating they will pay the money back but they are not answering the phone call or paying out the refund. Is small claims best way to file this case? If i win the case over the small claims and if stilldoesnt pay what can i do?

우선 BBB 에 컴플레인 파일을 하시는게 더 빠른 해결 방법일겁니다. 만약 BBB 로도 해결 못하시면 그때가서 스몰클레임을 거시는게 좋을듯하네요.
