From applicant:
1. Copy of passport, visa and I-94 (initially issued on entry to US)
(영주권 신청자 여권, 비자, I-94 사본)
2. Copy of subsequently issued I-797 (notice of action for : H-1B case)
3. Copy of birth certificate (not English, please translate it and notarized in US) (한국호적, 혹은 가족관계증명서: 영어로 번역할 필요 없음)
4. If married previously, copy of divorce paper or death certificate of previous spouse (과거 결혼한 사람은 전배우자와 이혼이나 사망서류)
5. 2 passport size photos (background should be white)
6. copy of marriage certificate (현 결혼신고서 사본)
From US citizen:
1. Copy of US citizenship (passport, certificate of naturalization or US birth certificate) 시민권자 배우자의 시민둰증서, 미국출생증명서 그리고 미국여권사본
2. Copy of most recent 1 year income tax return (form 1040, w-2 forms)
미국시민권자 배우자의 최근 1년치 세금보고서 사본과 W-2 form 사본
(만약 수입이 없거나 부족할 경우 Co-sponsor의 세금보고서와 시민권 영주권사본 필요함)

4. If married previously, copy of divorce paper or death certificate of previous spouse
Information from both people:
1. Name, date of birth and place of birth (city and country) of parents (양쪽 부모님 성함, 생년월일, 출생지, 현거주지)
2. Last 5 year residence address (지난 5년간 거주지 주소)
3. Last 5 year employment information (name and address of company, job title, and period of employment) (지난 5년간 직장명과 주소 직위:Job title)
