거래처에서 물건만 받고 돈을 주지 않아서 부득이 하게 Small Claim 을 하려고 합니다.

그런데 Online 접수를 하려고 하는데

안녕하세요

Fictitious Business Name 이란, 본인의 사업체를 어떤 이름으로 진행할시, 정부기관에 등록을 하신후 진행하실수 있습니다. 만약에 본인의 사업체가 회사이고, Fictitious Business Name 을 쓰지 않고, 본인 회사 이름을 그대로 쓰셨다면, 기입하지 않으셔도 될 듯 사료됩니다.

거주하시는 주웹사이트에 보면 business registration에 대한 정보가 있으니 찾아보시면
정보가 나옵니다. 사업체라면 등록이 되어있거든요.
법원에 가기 전에 demand letter 를 certified mail+return mail to sender로 보내셔야 합니다.
아시겠지만 혹시나해서요.
