California drivers license is valid until it expires . . .
It is illegal to drive with an expired DL.
운전면허가 만료된 이후 ? the car (the vehicle owner’s policy) still exists,
it is just YOU are NOT permitted to drive it.
"If your limited term DL/ID card expires and you need an extension,
you must provide a BD/LP document that expires 60 or more days from the day you apply.
You can renew your licenses from six months before the expiration date to
two months after the expiration date"
