Q.Inheritance Korea and US Citizenship

First, I think US citizen can receive inheritance from Korea, right?

I will receive US citizenship this year. I will receive the inheritance. In that case, is it better to get it right now before I become US citizen or is it OK that I receive the inheritance after I become US citizen? Which one is better? (tax, any difficulty, etc).

There is no any different rate of tax. In fact, no tax if is not over millions.
