제가 autocheck에서 자동차 history를 확인하였더니

Lien과 smogcheck 에 관한 일반적인 내용입니다.
론이나 린이 있는 차량은 pay off 하고 lien satisfied 라는 공증 서류를 제출해야 하고, 스모그첵을 해야 명의이전 가능합니다.
