1. If your child has graduated high school and is over 18, then your child is no longer a child! He/she is allowed to work full-time, esp. during the summer when he/she does not have school.

3. There are likely to be some restrictions regarding the number of hours that your child can work per week during school, enforced by the college that your child is attending, in order to receive scholarships or financial aid. This is not a labor law, but a regulation by the school to ensure that your child is spending more time studying and less time working.
