. ."--Yo bud, if u wanna file th ewhole late tax returns, u can do it! I also would guess that you might even have some tax refunds coming your way. But, REMEMBER! u will need to act fast, because tax refunds( suppose refund b available for u) expire after three years. Needless to say, filin' ur late tax returns must b stressful; Why? Becoz If u have ur original W-2 forms, u r in great shape. But if you are missing any tax documents, u can contact(perhaps ur employer or IRS) for help. I bet tthat the I.R.S. can help u out, bud. The IRS has copies of all tax documents filed under ur S.S.N.. The agency usually keeps four years worth of tax documents in their computerized archive. Also as I said above, u have only THRE years to claim ur tax refund if u r subjectd to them. Finally, most seriously, Penalties kick in if u owe the IRS as u noe, bud. And if u owe, the IRS will assess not just one but three different penalties. There's a failure to file penalty (a stiff 5% per month that u r late, up to a maximum of 25%, i guess). Then there b the failure to pay penalty (a much milder half-a-percent per month). And then there's interest on the taxes u didn't pay (currently at 8% annually, and the IRS sets the interest rate every quarter as far as i noe.
QUOTE, . . . 그마저도 갱신을 못해서 불법체류자로 살아가고 있습니다."--i thinkk that filing ur tax return and having an Individual Tax Identification Number is a way of creating ur financial history that allows for loans to purchase a house or even a car, allowing for a better quality of life as u noe. And by filing tax returns, illegals, like urself, are able to create one more item that might help their application for citizenship. BUT REMEBER that although many people may think that filing an IRS return as an illegal immigrant may be a way to get deported, 4 instance, experts say that immigration and tax departments rarely share information with each other. However, filing a tax return opens an immigrant(undocumented) to the possibility of an IRS audit.. And of course, Being flagged by an audit could cause u to attract the attention of immigration officials, I mean INS people, something that many are eager to avoid. SO GOOD LUCK, Buddddddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
