My mom stayed for 6 month after she went back to Korea on April.
She can't find I-95 (I'm not sure is it I-94)when she leaves. Is it must return it at the airport? she lost it
She will be back June again.
Is it problem?

Could you or your mom be able to ask the school for a copy of the I-20 with admissions stamp, and a newly printed I-20 with original signiture of the ISO director of the school? You can mail it to your mom.

It was a question about lost I-94.

If your Form I-94 has been lost, stolen, mutilated, or destroyed, you will need to contact U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) at 1-800-375-5283 and apply for a replacement Form I-94 by filing a Form I-102. You can download the Form I-102 from www.uscis.gov.

Please have your mom bring a Admissions Record (출입국기록) certification issued by the Korean customs office to show the fact that she had not overstayed.
