Every city and sometimes county have different rules and regulation regarding the
operation of a business. As such, you need to find out from your local government entity as to the requiremta for your new business. It could be as easy as applying for a business license to as hard as obtaining zoning approval, police permit, license, building permit, etc. sometimes, the intended business simply cannot be started at the location due to zoning restrictions.
