Q.hoa fee 를 안내도 foreclose 되나요?

Enclosed please find a resolution of the Association's Board of Directors to foreclose on the lien recorded against your property.

If you would like to avoid the foreclosure action, you must pay the total amount due to the Association immediately. Please contact me within three (3) days after service of the enclosed resolution to obtain a pay-off amount. If you do not contact me withi
n the three (3) day period and pay the total amount due, we will proceed with the foreclosure and you will be responsible for the additional attorney's fees and costs as well as the additional assessments and related costs.

HOA 이서 lien을 걸어 놓은 상태일거고 3일안에 연락하고 밀린금액 모두 내지않으면 foreclose 한다는 경고인데 사실 foreclose 한다면 시간걸리고 귀찮은 일이 많으니까 쉽게 않하겠지만 그래도 하면 결국 밀린 금액과 변호사비용등 모든비용 다 내셔야하니 3일내에 빨리 내시는게 상책입니다. 아마 콘도 사실적에 않내면 foreclose 한다는 HOA 와 계약한게 있을겁니다.
