본인은 시민권을 받고 두명의 자녀와 함께 passports을 신청하였는데,
본인의 passport는 도착하였고, 자녀들의 passport에 대해 서류로 제적등본 원본(1부)로 통하여 2명의 자녀분에 대한 서류(복사분과 서약내용과 본인의 지문내용과 자녀들 영주권 사본및 letter copy본 등을 공증함)를 각각 1부씩 준비하여 보냈는데, 금일 또다시 Unite States Department of State에서 다음과 같은 내용으로 메일을 보내왔습니다.
-- 현재 제적등본 원본과 번역본이 1부만 가지고 있는데, 두 자녀에게 어떻게 서류를 또다시 보내야 할지 궁금합니다.
꼭 정확하게 어떻게 처리하여 보내야 하는지 알려주세요.
제적등본(원본과 번역원본) 보내는데, 하나밖에 없어 봉투한장에 두명의 letter를 함께 동봉하여 보내야 하는지....

Thank you for your recent passport application. if you have already obtained a Certificate of Citizenship issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration services(USICIS), please submit this document to our office. if a certificate of citizenship has not been obtained, please submit the following:
Please send the Original Family Registry.
. your foreign birth certificate which lists the names of your parent(s);or
. Family register
if the birth record is not in English, please include a ceritified translation of the document from an organization such as a foreign embassy, consulate or a translation service. The translation must include the name, address, and telephone number of the organization or individual who translated the document. Note All documents requested must be original or cerfited.
We appreciate your assistance in this matter so that we may continue processing your passport application . if we do not receive the requested information within ninety(90)days from the date of this letter.: or the information you submit is insufficient to establish your entitlement to a U.S. passport in accordance with the relevant provision s of Part 51, Title 22 of the Code of Federal Regulations, your application will be denied and your evidence returned to you. By law, the passport execution and application fees are non-refundable. and Any special return postage will be returned or refunded.
