안녕하세요

recently, i was checking my credit report from all three credit company and transunion and experiance company had judgement on my public record filed by chase credit card company that i own them $5000 credit card debt.
i have never applied for chase credit card and i have never pay anything lately in my whole life. i remember i received call couple years ago from colletion agency looking for a guy name similar to my name and i didn't really payu attention to it, and guy who called me was very rude manner. i had bit argument with because of that. he was also, harrashing me like i am the guy he is looking for. few weeks later i got court summon from court and i call his supervisor and explained everything and wrote him a letter too. he said he was sorry and he will take care of the matter. after that i didn't really pay attention to it.how can he possible do that? name is not matched, SSN would be different, D.O.B is different. but still he filed me as debitor and got judgement. how can i get this negative report from both credit company? is there anyway to sue that collection agancy? collection agancy 에서 일부러 엿먹으라구 한거 갔네요.

It a two step process. First, you need to write to the collection company or creditor that got the judgment and tell them to remove it because it is not you. If they don't, then you can sue them for damages. Second, you need to write to all credit bureaus and tell them that the information is wrong. Once you do that, they will contact the entities that placed the information and provide you with information to support their claim. If they cannot do so, they must erase it.

thank you very much gor your reply, i don't know the collection agency information at all. all i know is captial one credit card usa is the company who hired collection agency. an di have requested online to investigate to transunion and result came and they didn't fit my credit report and i am still waiting for answer from experiance.

trans union asked me to fill out form with my personal information and ask me to write short letter explain the case.so, i am writing letter to explain the suitution like above and will mail out it asap. but i am not sure if they will accept it. what if they don't fit it , then what should i do?
