Your test scores and GPA are well within the acceptance range. Your chance of getting in will most likely depend on the quality of your extracurricular activities and volunteer work and also your essay and importantly teacher recommendations. It is very difficult predict whether someone will be accepted to a college with just the test scores and the GPA.
