The America never offer disqualified person for whom SSI. No~ absolutely not.
The America never paid any money some people who lied to qualification for SSI. Oh~ No.
Even though they untruly manipulated qualification for SSI, U.S government won't do it.

I don't think you both don't have the concept about what it is right or wrong. You both want to hear only what you like to hear.underdog, you need respect other person's opinion. You are the type of I always right type. Try to listen,Olen ear,brain for other thought. You always say to respect yours. But you always bad mouth the thing not with yours.

that is not issue here.
You must be something severe psychological inferiority complex.
Be proud of Korean.
Here's one more thing you have to know.
Theoretically It is not Law SSI recipient report to office whenever they visited their country.
It is advisable recommendation. that is not lawful matter.
However if you stay more than 30days out of state SSI jeopardizing into discontinued.
BY the way She is not cheating. she just forgot. Read again question.

그 분께서 30일 이내에 미국에 돌아 오셨으면 그냥 지나가고, 30일 이상 외국에 있었으면 신고해야합니다.

한국에서 30일이 하루라도 더 있었으면 오버 페이가 됩니다. 그렇다고 신고을 안하셔도 다 알게 됩니다. 저도 ssi 를 받고 있거던요. 오버페이라도 본인의 의사로 달달이 내셔도 되고요. 그러니 너무 걱정마세요. 한국에 가신 날짜 잘 보시구요 30일이 넘지 않았으면 괜찮습니다. 그럼 좋은 하루 되세요 :)
