Q.C Corporation 사업체 휴업, 폐업,

안녕하세요

C Corporation으로 Los Angeles California에서 사업을 운영하다가 작년 초 문을 닫게 되었습니다. 그러나 사업을 운영하지 않고 있어도 정부에 내는 Tax Deposit과 CPA 비용 이 나가서 부담이 됩니다. 혹시 비용 없이 사업자등록을 유지할 수 있을까요?

"If you are a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company
that incorporated your business entity with the Secretary of State,
you may file a ***Certificate of Cancellation and/or Dissolution***,
depending on your business type."
