Q.이런경우 커미션은 어덯게 되나요?

이런경우 ABC Realty 가 건물을 팔경우만 커미션을 주는지,
아니면 다른 부동산 에이전트가 건물을 팔아도 ABC Realty 에게 커미션을 주어야 하나요?

Commission Agreement/ Non-Exclusive Seller Listing Agreement

RE: Subject Property for Sale

This Commission Agreement is entered into this 22 day of August, 2012 and related to
that Purchase and Sale Agreement and /or an offer to Purchase the Property located at
123 atlanta GA 1000, between the Seller and Open listing Agent
ABC Realty Inc,.

1. Seller agrees to pay Broker at closing a commission of six percent (6%) of the
sales price of Property in the event that during the term of this Agreement
Broker procures a buyer ready, willing and able to purchase Property. Seller
shall have no obligation to the Non-Exclusive (Open) Listing Broker for a
commission of the Purchase and Sale Agreement referenced above which doesn’t
been rendered a service by the Broker.
2. Seller will provide Broker with accurate information regarding Property. Also
Seller grant the permission to Broker to marketing the property in any way
displayed that might promote the sale.

ABC Realty 또는 ABC Realty 와 cooperation 하는거래에 한하여 commission 를 pay할 책임이 있읍니다. 다시 말씀드리면 ABC Realty 의 도움없이 거래를 하는 다른 broker 에게는 commission를 악속한 대로 그 회사에게만 지불하고 ABC Realty에게는 지불할 책임이 없읍니다.
