변호사님 안녕하세요. 경기가 않좋다보니 새직장을알아보게됐는데, 인터뷰 하자고 합니다. 근데 그전에 지원서를 작성하라고 하는데 다음과 같은 사항이있습니다. 참고로 저는 작년에 사소한 가정문제로 인프랙션 을받았습니다.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF VIOLATING ANY FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY OR MUNICIPAL LAW, REGULATION, OR ORDINANCE? INCLUDE ANY COURT-MARTIAL CONVICTIONS WHILE IN MILITARY SERVICE. DO NOT INCLUDE TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS FOR WHICH THE ONLY PENALTY IMPOSED WAS A FINE OF $75 OR LESS OR ANY CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR WHICH THE RECORDS HAVE BEEN EXPUNGED. A CRIMINAL OFFENSE WILL NOT NECESSARILY BAR EMPLOYMENT. FACTORS SUCH AS THE PASSAGE OF TIME SINCE THE OFFENSE, THE NATURE OF THE VIOLATION AND THE EXTENT OF REHABILITATION WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN DETERMINING THE JOB-RELATEDNESS OF THE OFFENSE.
