CA에서는 모든선거를 영주권자도 투표할수있읍니까? NO

문의드린내용에 추가질문내용입니다.모단체에서 저번 3월5일 예비선거때 유권자등록을 하지않았거나 투표용지를 분실한사람도 ID(운전면허증)만 지참하면 투표할수있다했습니다.운전면허증이라는것은 영주권자도 받을수있는것인데 시민권카드나 증서가아닌 운전면허증으로도 투표할수있다는것이 이해가안됩니다.이것이 불법이 맞는것이죠?
그리고,LA10지구의 공화당,민주당 한인후보연락처 하나씩만 알수있을까요?

캘리포니아 운전면허증 뒷면 오른쪽 하단을 보시면,
[This license is issued as a license to drive a motor vehicle.
It does not establish eligibility for employment, voter registration
or public benefits.] "운전 면허증은 유권자 등록 자격을 확립하지 않습니다."

허용되는 30개 이상의 신분증 중 일부 목록들이 아래 웹시이트에 열거되어 있네요.

The California Secretary of State 가
SSA 와 DMV 가 보유하는 투표 등록과 관련한 모든 정보를 보유하고 있으므로
필요한 경우, 정보확인을 위하여 허용되는 신분증 중에
운전면허증이 사용될 수 있다고 나오네요.
