It is highly unusual for someone to be charged with a felony DUI without an accident. There must have been some special circumstances especially since there is also a bribery charge. Depending on where the arrest took place, it could be handled without much difficulty or not if say you were arrested in Orange County. You should definitely retain an attorney. You should be aware that if possible, you should hire an attorney within 10 days from the date of arrest so that the attorney can set up a DMV hearing as well.
