I have a question to ask
My brother just broke up with his girlfriend recently and
he had a little drink and went to her house to see her but she didn't open the door for him and she end up calling police and my brother went to jail for one day. and I just found out that he need to go to the court next month for trespassing he said.
Do I need to hire a lawyer ?
He keep saying it's going to be okay but I'm very worry
