I understand your frustration. However, he can at any time request a modification. It doesn't matter that he makes more money. He could make a billion dollars, you would still have to pay some child support, it's the law.
Normally, in modification, the other side don't ask for bank info, but they can if they are suspicious of your reported income. Whether they will or not, it's up to them. You are stuck until your child turns 18. Sorry.
