Something is not right with your question. In California and probably most States, a DUI does NOT have a 9 year probation. Probation is usually 3 years. So you could not possible be in probation. Of course, if the DUI was a felony, it may be different, but even still, 9 years seems extremely unlikely.
Next, your misdemeanor ticket for crossing the park, makes no sense either. Crossing a park is not a violation. Unless of course you drove through the park, literally, crossing the grass, then it may be a misdemeanor. Regardless, if it is in fact a misdemeanor violation, and if you are in probation right now, then it is a probation violation. However, your question makes no sense so this answer is probably not applicable. You need to provide correct information before I can help you.
