Please be advised that criminal complaint has been filed charging you with a violation of section P305(a)(1), commonly known as sale of counterfeit goods

you are notified to apepear for arraignment in Department 81 of the superior court of California, Couunty of Los angeles, located at 429 bauchet street, los angeles, ca 90012 at 8:30 a.m on august 3. 2010

Failure to appear at the date and the time indicated may result in the issuance of a warrant for your arrest.

위와같이 메일이 와있는것을 오늘에서야 발견했습니다. 우선 한참 늦은 날자에 걱정이 너무 많이 듭니다. 그리고 불법 복제품을 말하는거같은데 저는 작년에 복제품을 취급하다 걸린후에 오늘날까지 복제품은 더이상 취급하지 않았습니다. 이럴땐 어떻게 해야하나요.. 조언 간절히 부탁드립니다...

I am not sure why you got that letter so late. As to the notice, it is a motice to appear in court because the government is charging you of a misdemeanor crime. You cannot ignore this! You must appear in court. If you have a good reason, for misdoing the court date, then no new charges will be brought. However, if you don't have a good reason, you may be charged additionally for failing to appear in court. In either case, there is currently a bench warra t for your arrest, so be careful.

If you hire an attorney, he can go for you to court and you don't have to go to court. It shouldn't be too difficult and you will not go to jail or get deported. For more info, call our office at (323) 456-4406.

8월 3일에 법정에 출두하지 않았으니 체포 당하게 되었으니 서둘러서 변호사 고용하기 바람니다!--7월15일에 발송했는데 늦어도 2-3일이면 배달이 되는데 오늘발견했다는것은 한국에서는 통할쑤 있지만 미국은 안 통함니다!!!

제가 2-3일내에 도착한 메일을 일부러 지금 발견했겠습니까? 그동안 피치못할 개인사정이 있어서 어쩔수없이 지금발견하게 되어 이렇게 하소연하는것입니다. 그래서 이렇게 답답하고 걱정스러운 마음에 조언을 구해볼까하는 겁니다.. 당장이라도 서류들고 코트로 가야하는것을 알고있지만 이럴댄 어떻게 대처해야 그나마 현명하게 대처할수있을지 전문가에게 물어보는것입니다....하루살이 처럼 힘들게 살고있는데 정말 앞길이 막막한 현실입니다.. 다른조언 간절히 기다리고있습니다.
