You are charged a serious crime. Forget about your license for now. You could get a substantial jail time. You should hire an attorney right away. The cost will be very expensive as your are charged with a felony. Fees could exceed $20,000. It will take a long time to resolve your case. After that you can worry about your license. Don't hire a public defender as they really don't care about you.
As for going to Korea, if you do, there will be a warrant for your arrest and you will never be able to come to the US. Also, because there is a death involved, the prosecutor may seek Korean authority's assistance to arrest you in
Korea.
