First, it is not possible to change the court close to where you live. You must attend the court shown on the ticket. Second, there may not be any notice letters from the court, you must attend the court on the date stated on the bottom of your ticket.
Its probably best that you hire an attorney. An attorney may be able to reduce your case to a infraction and just pay fine. That way, it won't affect your future immigration status. Don't worry that you are illegal now.
If you cannot afford an attorney, you are entitled to a low cost public defender and free Korean interpreter. Although, I would not recommend them.
