죄송합니다
어떤 내용인지? 뭔가 잘못 되었고 항소 할려면 file을 하라고 하는 것 같은 데요,,,

Upon consideration, it is ordered that your Application to Permanent Residence or Ajust Strtus, Form I-485, that you filed on July 15, 2011. under section 245 of the Immigration and Nationality Act(INA) be administratively closed for the following reason(s);
(I) Jurisdiction. (i) In General, In the case of any alien who has been placed in deportation proceedings or in removal proceedings(other than as an arriving alien), the immigration judge hearing the proceeding has exclusive juridication to adjudicate any application for adjustment of strus the alien may file.

The Service's records indicate that you are in removal proceeding before the immigration Judge, or have been ordered removed.

The Immigration judge has sole jurisdication to adjudicate any application for adjustment of strus you may file. For this reason, your application for adjustment of strus is hereby administratively closed. There is no appeal to this decision.

If you desire to file a motion, you must do so on Form I-290B within 30 days from the date of this notice(33 days if this notice was received by mail). The motion shall be filed on Form I-290B, together with the current fee, and mailed to:.....

참고로 저는 추방 재판에 참석하였으나 판사가 2012, 10월까지 연기를 해 준 상태이고 I-797C 가 승인나 있는 상태입니다...

안녕하세요 변호사 김형걸입니다.

추방재판 진행중엔 영주권 신청서 심사는 이민국이 아닌 추방재판 판사의 관할로 넘어가게 됩니다. 따라서 현재 계류중인 I-485는 그런 의미에서 거절이 되었다고 보시면 됩니다. 현 진행중인 추방재판중에 구제방법이 있다면 그 때 영주권 신청을 판사에게 의뢰하실 수 있습니다. 추방 재판을 받기 위해서는 전문가의 조력을 받으시는 것이 좋습니다.
