I have question about Parole,Probation my kid in the jail, soon he will be released with in 3 month,he has case at Ventura County but, he wants to stay with me in Torrance, South Bay Area LA
fact, he requested of address change almost year ago but,yet"NO"answer. is there anyway to stay with his parent house
and as far as I know Parole law is strict he can drive only limited milege about 50-60miles a day. if he can't stay with parents he must move to Ventura County. he has no job,car, place to live and no money.
I need your advice thank you for your time

He can ask to have his case transferred to LA county. If his parole officer won't do it, he can see the judge and request directly with the judge. If you need help, you can contact our office.

가석방 조건에 거주지가 Ventura 카운티로 한정되엇고, 주소변경이 거절되었다면, 임의로 옮길수 없겠지요.
직업도 없고, 차도 없고, 살 곳도 없고, 돈도 없다는 건 개인 사정일 뿐입니다.
