Hello,

I was asked to submit the Affidavit of Support form for my mom (she is in Korea now). I am tring to figure out which form to submit; whether I-864 or I-864EZ.

My single income is sufficient to sponsor my mom, but I filed the tax return jointly with my husband. In this case, do I need to file I-864 instead of I-864EZ?

You may file Form I-864EZ, You need to submit your W-2 forms and recent paystubs.
