Q. I have some question about updating my kids green card.

Hi,

Thank you for any time ask some problem.

I got a citizin passport and i want to update over 21years my kids.

so i sent to "NVC" copy of my passport,their approval notice [Section : Unmarried son or daughter(21 or older) of LPR, 203 (a) (2) (b) INA]

After few days later, they send to me answer letter that requires the following imformation be provided with each inquiry:

a. Name of the person submitting the inquiry
b. NVC case number or USCIS receipt number
c. petition's name and date of birth
d. Principal Applicant's name and date of birth

Please resubmit your inquiry with the above information so we may update our records accordingly and provide you with a specific response.

Now I prepared b,c,d but is 'a' my kids name ?

please help me.

"a"는 요청서를 보내는 변호사 또는 질문자가 됩니다. 경우에 따라서는 변호사도 아니고 초정자도 아닌 제3자가 문의 서한을 보내는 경우도 있는데, 그 제3자의 이름이 바로 Inquirer입니다.
초청자는 Petitioner이고 Principal Applicant는 이민예정자 입니다. 초청자가 직접 요청서한을 보내게 되면 Inquirer와 Petitioner가 동일합니다.
Kit 대신 Kid으로 사용하십시오.
요청서한을 지시대로 수정하여 다시 보내십시오.
