제가 notice of lien 종이가 county of los angeles에서 받았는데요

내용은 이렇습니다.

Notice is hereby given by the Tax Collector of the County of Los Angeles that a TAX LIEN has been filed for non- payment of unsecured property taxes. The lien amount includes taxes, penalties, and collection costs. Additional penalties of 1 percent per month will accrue the first of each month. Pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California, the Tax Collector may seize and sell property to satisfy the tax lien unless payment is made immediately. Pay promptly to avoid the seizure. To ensure proper credit to your account we encourage you to use the lower portion of and include it with your remittance. An envelope is enclosed for your convenience. Partial payments are accepted. However, in accordance with State law, payments are applied in the following order, costs, penalties and tax Therefore, any remaining unpaid tax is subject to all applicable penalties. A certified copy of the recorded lien will be mailed to you under separate cover by the Los Angeles County Registrar- Recorder's Office

주택을 사고 판적이 있으신가요? Escrow 회사나 County 213-974-3211로 전화를 하셔서 왜 그런지 꼭 알아 보셔야만 합니다.

위에 "unsecured property taxes" 는 부동산이 아니고 동산에 관한 재산세입니다. 대부분 사업에 사용되는 장비에 대해 일년에 한번씩 8월달까지 LA 카운티에 내야합니다. 내지않을경우 이자와 벌금도 내야합니다. 참고로 부동산일 경우엔 "secured property taxes"를 냅니다.
